The Village at Henderson is a brand new community of 168 units in Porterville, California located close to shopping, dining and schools and providing easy access to freeways and public transportation.  Ocean Point Development was retained by the development group to do the design work. The brand new one and two bedroom apartment homes were designed with comfort and convenience in mind and feature fully-equipped kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, private patios and/or balconies, a washer and dryer, and select homes feature vaulted ceilings.
