This coastal retreat, envisioned and built by Ocean Point Development Inc., transforms a West Malibu property into a private outdoor sanctuary. The project introduced a newly constructed in-ground pool and deck, paired with a built-in BBQ, to create a seamless extension of the home’s living space. Every detail was designed to frame the sweeping ocean views while maximizing functionality and comfort.
